We're delighted to announce the 3rd edition of the Modern Methods of Construction Awards will take place on Thursday 8 May 2025.

Due to record demand this year, we are moving to The Grand Hotel Birmingham! This means that we can continue to celebrate the achievements of the Modern Methods of Construction industry with its growing list of stakeholders year on year.

All the main players will be present, celebrating the most innovative and inspiring uses of modern methods of construction over the past year.

Participation in the Awards solidifies your position in the market, identifying you as a key participant in driving the use of modern methods of construction. It is an excellent opportunity to network with other leading individuals in the industry, including partners and new contacts, whilst enjoying a luxurious lunch and discovering the latest projects that have caught the imagination of the judges.
